The first project I hired them for was a complex one. It required undoing and redoing my entire master bathroom, which was botched earlier by a contractor.

This project involved removing all the costly tiles without breaking them, removing the jacuzzi, removing the two sinks, the corner shower and redoing the entire tile floor and reinstalling everything! And what a fantastic job Norbac did!

The second project that Norbac did so well for me was replacing a broken drain pan under the water heater.

Finding a good contractor is kind of like finding a good mechanic or dentist. You want someone who's honest, who will do a good job, and who genuinely cares enough about you as a person instead of looking for any and every opportunity to rip you off. When you finally find that person, you want to hold on to them for dear life.

Our family has found our contractor. Let me tell you: Norbac Painting and Remodeling is the REAL DEAL. We have used them twice already this year for a basement finishing and an exterior siding and paint job. For our basement, we received three different bids before deciding to go with Norbac. Ric was friendly and knowledgeable, and his price was competitive. The job took exactly as long as he had indicated on the estimate, and we couldn't be happier with the work. We were truly impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to "get it right." (In a few cases, they went above and beyond our expectations.)

On top of all this, Ric, Juana, Jugo, and Faustino are some of the kindest and hardest-working people we've had the pleasure to meet. Their work on our basement made our decision to use them again for our exterior paint job a "no brainer." And again, the price was reasonable, the job was completed on time, and we couldn't be happier with the work. We've received several compliments from our neighbors.

If you're looking for a company to do some work on your home, then run (don't walk) to your phone and call Norbac. You won't regret it. (But you may have to wait a bit for them to get started on your project because we will be using them AGAIN to remodel our kitchen!)

Rick and his team are very professional, prompt, very cordial and friendly. My husband and I REALLY appreciate their dedication and hard work. Rick and his team refaced the front of our fireplace and did a SUPER JOB! They did high quality work from the drywall, mudding, demo, tiling, wood work, electrical and all the finishing touches! We will DEFINITELY use them again for the many home projects we have. They were also friendly and accommodating to exactly what we wanted. Use them!!!
